Team Survivor San Luis Obispo provides free exercise, health education and support programs for women living with cancer. Our mission is to enable women to regain and maintain their physical and emotional well-being. We welcome women of all ages and fitness levels in all stages of cancer treatment and recovery.

Before your first Team Survivor outing: Please have your doctor complete the Medical Release Form. The form is designed to facilitate communication with your doctor about your fitness activities and identify any limitations or cautions for taking part in Team Survivor activities.

At your first Team Survivor activity: Local group organizers will ask you to complete an orientation form and liability waiver. Meet local team members and get moving!
